Sushi

For my snack today I had sushi, for lunch, sushi, for my 2nd snack, sushi, and for dinner... sushi.

I ordered so much when I got into work today that I had enough for the rest of the day.... blip is my last piece of the last roll..

Other than eating sushi got some work done at work for a change and started this new game on the wii called Gold's Gym. It's basically just a bunch of punching, I put on my heart rate monitor and apparently burned about 500 calories. I was impressed since the game is fun - I can't say I'll want to do this everyday, but at least it's something else I can do to mix stuff up. After I did my legs/back routine and listened to more Stern.

I just finished eating my new favorite dessert which I'll have to blip some other time w/the recipe (low cal and healthy).... now I'm going to drink some iced tea and watch more sopranos. I notice I don't go out on Friday nights that often, that's okay hopefully somebody will come over and watch this stuff w/me.
