Poor Sarah

Well the advantage of awful weather is it does allow you to do a lot of indoor stuff (read, play games, watch movies), but unfortunately for my neighbor Sarah her apartment flooded last night/this morning!

Our common hallway was flooded as well, but somehow my unit was spared. My guess is that since she's on the corner the sewer drain sometimes gets blocked w/leaves and what not and overflows onto all the land near her unit (making it impossible for any pump to keep up I'm sure). That or my new ejector pump that I got last summer saved me. Regardless, thank god my unit didn't flood because I am ready to move out and the last thing I need is a flood!

Left work early today and played tennis for a few hours (it started to rain, then stopped, then started, then stopped). Was so beat I couldn't even do a regular workout.
