Hands on

Five of us worked in the charity shop to give everywhere a good clean and rearrange the shop.  I repeated my Christmas stint by cleaning the floor on my hands and knees.  I am the eldest but the olny one without dodgy knees and back!  It was easier this time because only the shop entrance floor needed a good scrub.
We spent the whole morning there and felt very satisfied at the improvement.  Lots of of tea, coffee and biscuits kept us going.  Sat in the garden on my return home as sun glorious again.
Had to render first aid when the manager cut his thumb on some metal.  Fortunately sticking plasters did the job.
