While idly wandering around the internet I came across the chilli crispy beef wraps.

Mrs FP did the needful.

I can report Gordon Ramsay's recipe is superb. I've attached a link below to a 5 minute video if you fancy it. (Note - eat them over a plate the dipping sauce becomes a dripping sauce if not careful.).

The vegetarian option is ...well...lettuce.
