Mi Sole

Today we hung out with the wonderful Susanna! Brilliant to see each other again, an extraordinary amount has happened in her life since we last spent time together, not least overcoming cancer. It's a major reason she's here, to rest and recover. And we're so glad she's here!!
Tonight I headed up to Sa Penya for church, we ended up sitting on the street outside Sole's house as she's currently being 'punished' by the prison system for not giving them advance warning she was returning to work (the cafe she works in has reopened for the summer) and have essentially grounded her for a week...so she can't go further than her doorstep otherwise she's back in prison!!! Absolutely mental. Completely mad. Wonderful to be up there though...always such a privilege.
After dinner at ours with Susanna I headed off for a drink with James, Rich, Mitch and a couple of others...I'm now back and Danny's popped out - we're tag teaming!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A morning sat on the rocky beach with Susanna.
2) Good conversation with James.
3) A coffee with Sole in her house before the meeting began.
