The young ones

Adam and Pip arrived last night in time for supper. It was lovely to all be sitting around the kitchen table again eating a meal together. After supper Adam was telling us about his research (something to do with T cells which can be applied to treat and cure cancer) which sounds so interesting. 

This morning we took Xena for a walk and then the boys left to go play golf. Meriel, Pip and I went in to the village to get some more things from Waitrose as we decided to have a BBQ on Monday, and then had a light lunch at a café we all like very much. 

It has been a beautiful warm and sunny day, and when the boys came home from golf I took some photos of the young adults in the garden. Xena of course also wanted to be in the photo. We are missing Tommy and Inca to complete the scene!

We are going out for supper tonight at a local restaurant which is easy as we can walk there. I am now going to start preparing some of the food for tomorrow's Easter lunch.
