Wednesday Brunch

Some ex colleagues and I met for brunch for the first time in at least 2.5 years.  Catching up on each other’s news and sadly not all happy news. Briefly explaining my crap year last year felt very insignificant when F told us that her son in law died suddenly from a heart attack. Only 40 years old leaving a wife with 3 young children of 6,3 and 9 months. So, so sad.
However, it was really lovely to catch up and enjoy their company and we promised not to leave it so long (although we didn’t have much choice the last two years :-D).
