Morning (s)miles

I very nearly stayed in bed this morning but forced myself out for a run. I’m grateful I did. In just a short distance from the house I ran over frost covered hills, jumped over through streams and through a wood with a floor of wild garlic. It was the best kind of run.

After saying goodbye to the folks, I headed off to Aberdyvi to see Lucy & Roddy. We had a lovely afternoon and evening of eating wonderful food and having long, leisurely conversation.
