Anna Stasinska

Today I met the wonderull Anna Stasinska who refers to herself as a Designer Tea Lady! and runs the Old Brickyard Tea Garden in Scalford just outside Melton Mobray.
She's coming to the Bakewell Baking Festival as our master of tea ceremonies.
I've always loved drinking green tea but this year I've discovered so many other types and am in danger of being a tea bore!
My first question when I go into any coffee/tea shop is do you have leaf tea, sadly there are more no's than yes's but the times are a changing!
