Moorhen on sky reflections

After my walk with one of the dogs from the sanctuary this afternoon I was going to have to stop at the supermarket to do some shopping and after dropping off the shopping and my bicycle at home I was going to walk to the Chinese take away to pick up a meal, so I already knew before I went out I wouldn't have time to look for a blip at the park.

Fortunately I managed to leave the house early enough to stop at the artificial island for some photos before riding to the park. The swan, the Great Crested Grebes and also the Coot that are nesting at the island were kind enough to let me take a few shots of their eggs but as none of them have hatched yet, I chose to blip this photo of a Moorhen swimming among the reflections of the blue sky and the white clouds we were having today.

I know that the title rather sounds like one of a painting but it was the only one that I could think of after having several a couple of glasses of wine with the Chines take away.
