Waiting

I took this while I was waiting for Alison, my job share who retired at Christmas. We had lunch at Cafe Coucou in Saffron Walden and a lovely catch up.
My duck eggs are officially ready to hatch in 2 days. I have to make sure the humidity in the incubator is higher now and get the brooder ready. I’ve also bought special chick crumb for them to eat. One of the eggs is making a tapping noise!
