That would have the fresh pile of chippings at the allotments. The tree surgeons called in to deal with the fallen tree next door did a lot of chipping and were happy to donate them to us.
Instead you have the runner beans that jumped into my basket at Waitrose. It is far too early to sow beans, let alone plant them out, but I thought they might have a chance of an early start in the polytunnel.
Next time I will remember to take my phone with me.
