The great rhubarb gin experiment

The small jar just has gin, rhubarb and ginger, the larger jar has rhubarb, ginger and sugar.  Sugar and gin to be added at a later date.  The results will be in some time in June/July. In other good news, I managed to use the mandoline successfully without slicing my finger and there is enough rhubarb left for a crumble.
