Notes: Early morning and left before sunrise to pick up some things from Kroger. Birds were singing so loudly I recorded a bit of them. And walking back, morning had broken ... more beautiful colors around the complex. Some nice sunshine and felt warmer than it was. Put some plants outside and sat out myself for about 45 min. Allergens are high but feeling mostly ok - some sneezes. Quiet evening and my Friday dinner of fake pizza, salad and NA beer (yum!).
