Memories

Rather than going straight home we've come to stay with my sister for a couple of nights, it breaks the journey nicely.
We left Lincoln about 10am, did a short detour to Torksey Lock and then decided to go via Keswick. 
It had been sunny on leaving but was very wet when we arrived in Keswick, though by the time we'd had a cuppa it was beginning to dry up.
A bit of shopping was done, the weather was getting better so we went back to the car, put on boots and went for a walk to the lake and up Castlehead. The rain had left snow on the tops, which can be seen in this pic, though much more obvious in others (I've put one in extras).
I went for this pic as it was a bit different, it's looking up Newlands Valley.
We returned to the car past Mum's old house, although sold about a month ago it's still empty. It was fine going past, all the memories are happy.
Then to my sisters and we'll be eating very soon (late for us but then we all got here late!)
