Sunny day

I am told that Eastbourne enjoys 270 sunny days a year. Today was one of them although the wind was cold.

We drove down via Lewes - we have driven past lots of times particularly on the way to Brighton. However today was the first time we have visited properly. Lots of independent shops and coffee stops. We spent ages in an antique and bric a brac place where OH was reliving his youth looking through old vinyl records. Ended up getting five for No2. Mostly Santana which he loved. I still feel guilty about not agreeing to see them live when we were in Vegas.

Arrived at Soverign Harbour and had a walk looking at the boats. Then early dinner in the Thai restaurant. I had bought a chilli and jacket potatoes with us but eating out was more interesting. Will save the chilli for tomorrow?
