Paddling

Going at a pace up the canal thinking there was a rival heading her way a pair of coots were looking at a site for their nest and defending it. 

I was out of the car just for a few minutes as Tilly wouldn't leave my side and had determinedly decided she was coming with me to the farm shop. She didn't move from the car seat but just curled up there so I drove to Tewkesbury canal quickly as I was passing on the way home for a blip. Today obviously has been all about Tilly and she's been pandered to somewhat with cuddles and treats though I've had to take Poppy to the vets this morning too! It never rains but ......
