Claridges

I went to a memorial party in Claridges this evening.  I used to go there once a year for the Radio Times Covers party but this was the first time since.  It was for a novelist to whose books we were buying the rights until her untimely death.  Her estate have since given them direct to a streamer. 

Ah well, she was a remarkable person and I was proud to know her even if it was only in the zoom-time
