A lovely morning.

We walked along the K&A as far as Rotherstone and then diverted through Belvedere woods where the slopes are covered in Wild Garlic in leaf. It smelt wonderful. Perhaps it will be in flower next weekend. Already the Bluebells are there, ready to take over once the garlic fades.

From the woods and onto Quakers Walk then on to the foot of Roundway Hill. We looped home, not quite retracing our steps. 

It was quite chilly on the homeward stretch but I had already stopped to take off my jumper.
