Fiar's Crag

We drove north to Derwentwater where I had booked a special lunch for us to celebrate 10 years since leaving work. Miss it?  Not a lot.

It was a great opportunity to take lots of photos and we stopped at Lodore Falls and Surprise View (extra).  The weather managed hail, sleet, sunshine and a few drops of rain all in one day.  

We stayed overnight in Keswick with promise of good weather tomorrow. 

FaceTimed with grandson F on his 4th birthday.   They were visiting and staying at Chessington World of Adventures for a few days to celebrate   Parents look shattered!

We popped out to Friar's Crag later on and captured this.
