Blue hyacinths.

Woke up to more snow. Fortunately by lunch time it had all melted.
Unfortunately the daffodils are now flattened ( see extra) but these hyacinths are more resilient and are standing upright. I planted them in the garden many years ago and this year they seem to be better than ever.

Bitterly cold outside. Temp max 5C. With a very cold north wind feels like zero.
I hope it warms up for the weekend.

By the way MrC could see so much better this morning that he drove home from the farm shop, and we both slept well last night in the little bed!
