A week of back blips starting here.  Let’s hope my memory doesn’t fail me ;-D

Lots of cleaning and tidying throughout the morning preparing for mum and dads arrival later.

I paid a visit to M&S first thing to get some sandwich platters, savoury nibbles and cakes to host a little afternoon tea party for dad who turned 85 yesterday and all the children came over too.

They also treated me to my Mother’s Day gifts a day early. Two lovely bunches of flowers (just a shame I’m away most of the week ;-D), this gin glass (anyone would think I like gin ;-D) from O along with a card and his first squiggle drawn in it and a candle and chocolates.
