Hail, snow, rain, sun and wind. Crazy weather today.

Finally got an MRI done on my knee which shows cartilage damage, bone bruising and a small ACL tear. No real surprises and at least we know what we're dealing with. The rehab continues...

Took advantage of being in Leeds and met with ex-colleagues and an old friend for lunch.
