Snow line on the Pentland Hills

A cold day,there's snow on the Pentland Hills, but not at the house. Occasional snow flurries on and off throughout the morning.

I walk down to Braidburn Valley Park to get the blip of the snow line on the hills. In the park, the shelter has been decorated with help from Firrhill High School, which is the Extra.

Very sunny in the afternoon, had to open the windows, despite it being 3degC outside.

A nice after work ride in the crisp air. the N wind has come down from the Arctic.the lie of the land meant this was a tailwind in places. It stayed mostly sunny until the last km when the snow / hail started. It stopped just after I got home, but it ensured the cats were inside for tea time.
