Back home

The journey back from Madrid was nowhere near as awful as the journey out from Manchester.  Maybe the timing of our flight was better.  But the departure experience was so dire we won't be rushing to fly again soon. Our next major trip, around the southern half of Ireland, is booked for July. We are discussing options for the autumn which can be done without air travel. 

This morning, we woke up to snow, as can be seen on the hills in this picture. The cricket season must be about to start.
