We had our team meeting this morning; it went well.
My experience of staff meetings are that they’re spent being told how crap everyone is at their job. Our was much more positive than that.

We had fruit salad, yogurt, pastries and hot cross buns to keep our bellies full, which was a nice treat.

From my point of view, everyone seems happy to have me on board and I even had volunteers for the tasks I needed to delegate.

Tomorrow is my final day with Linda before she goes on holiday; I think I’m ready to take over the reins but it’s nice to know I’ve got the support of the team if I need them :-)
