All white

I’ve had my confirmation letter through from the hospital for my op next week and as I suspected, I have to self isolate for 14 days. Good job I’d anticipated this and started from last Thursday, since the letter telling me to do so only arrived yesterday!

It was too nice a day to stay indoors, so I bravely (in the absence of Mr A who was working) stepped outside for a little while.

Getting in and out was ok (though tentative!) so I thought I’d challenge myself further and try to get the washing on the line. Once I’d got pegs in pockets and towels over each shoulder, it wasn’t bad at all.
The hardest bit was putting the pegs on as I can’t lift my left arm to hold stuff in place until pegged, but with a bit of trial and error I managed it eventually!
Hopefully this weather will keep up for the next few days so that I can sit in the garden and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine :-)
