Double Gin
1 measure sweet vermouth
1 tablespoon Fernet-Branca
Stir over ice

This is yummy. We definitely needed two of these after the Mother’s Day lunch from hell… after waiting an hour for our main, then two beef instead of lamb roast dinners being served whilst I was left with nothing for my order… then I was served a plate of lamb instead of the vegan option…. The beef and veg were inedible anyway, we walked out before the vegan option ever materialised and at least had our bill cancelled. I then probably got done for speeding trying to get home before Ocado arrived. Argh!! I hate these made up commercial holiday days!
