All white on the night

It’s the weekend……aaaaaand breathe!

A great day at work where I was left to hold the fort while Linda was in London at a trade show. I managed to keep everything under control.

We had a new girl start yesterday, she will eventually be my assistant so today was a good chance for me to get to know her a bit better.
She’s getting married in Vegas next year so we talked about that and I gave her a few tips and ideas based on our original plans.
It was all going so well until I mentioned my 50th and she said ‘my Mum is 50 this year too’. And now I really do feel old!

On my way home, I called into the glaziers to make 200% certain that they know what they’re doing with the replacement front door. To be fair, they were very apologetic ;-)
