"Buskers"

Today was "Farmers Market" locally. It's a shame that this seems to be the only time our outside market is busy. Talking to stallholders the market has dwindled so much in recent years due to the fact the stalls are so expensive. Come on HPBC reduce the stall fee and bring our market back to life !!! These two buskers drew quite a crowd with the two dogs getting lots of doggie treats too :-)
