First of all, thank you to everyone for the stars, hearts and kind comments on my 10th blip birthday yesterday. It is so good to be part of this lovely community of like minded people.

Sarah and I have had a really nice day today - for her Christmas present I had booked a spa experience at the Lochside House Hotel in Cumnock and after spending some time in the thermal suite, followed by the best aromatherapy/hot stone message I have ever had, I felt super-relaxed :-). This photo was taken while we were having a cup of tea in the relaxation room after our treatment. We had a 'light bite' and a smoothie afterwards in the restaurant overlooking the loch.

Since we were in the area, we took the opportunity to go to nearby Dumfries House, which I have always wanted to visit. It was the perfect weather for a stroll around the grounds in warm sunshine. So many beautiful trees! Extras show the house and fountain.

An added treat was coming home to find that D was making the tea. Thank you D. Well pampered!
