Gig launch

St.Ives Pilot Gig Club officially launch their new boat "Fortitude". RNLI in attendance for local community support (not expecting to be 'required').

The funniest thing I've seen for a while - there was some kind of local orienteering competition going on in town at the same time. I glanced up one street and in that moment glimpsed maybe 8 runners - head down in maps, some running left to right, some right to left, some towards and some away from me, out of one side-street, into another. Made me chuckle. Which is rare!
