Got caught in one of those rainstorms today - absolutely torrential. But stayed dry because of coat and brolly - except for the drenched road-side leg and shoes where traffic drives at speed through the gutter spraying walls of water over poor pedestrians. I'm sure they do it with an evil grin on their faces.
