Happy (Mono Monday)

21 March is both my birthday (68) and Eben's (6). 
Richard made  roast chicken with all the trimmings for tea - Eben's favourite - and Ruth and Josh brought a beautiful dairy-free chocolate and beetroot cake. 
Eben and I both felt very well looked after.
We also managed a short videocall with Jack, Marianna and Frieda in Athens.  Both Luca and Frieda are struggling a bit with the itchy chicken pox spots, but they're irrepressible despite that.

Good times: so this nice moment with Luca, Ruth and (on screen) Frieda is my one-word 'happy' image - 'family' - for Mono Monday this week.
