World Cup activity

Skiing in the morning and world cupping in the afternoon.
Our local ski resort is hosting the ski and snowboard cross World Cup finals this weekend. That’s where 4 people ski down over bumps and berms together - it’s quite exciting to watch, but having a big screen certainly helps catch the action. There was only one GB qualifier today and he just missed getting in to the quarter final. Fun to watch and soak up the atmosphere.
Ended the afternoon with a beer at one of our favourite slopeside venues and listened to a local musician. He was slightly quirky - with and alphorn, squeaky chicken toy and two squeaky toy pigs as part of his instrument line up.
