Flower Friday (Friday 18th March 2022)

It seemed like a different season to Wednesday and the sunshine has brought the garden on. This is the first Lucile's Glory Of The Snow flower (Chionodoxa luciliae 'Alba') to come out this year.

Hurray For The Riff Raff describe their sound as “nature punk”, but John Clare they are not. They are  an interesting band from New Orleans formed in 2007 by songwriter-activist Alynda Segarra originally from the Bronx NY. This is from their new album Life On Earth, and was just played by Iggy Pop on his Confidential show (Radio 6).
