River Dee from Creag Bhalg.

Spending a few days in Muir of Inverey, near Braemar, in the Cairngorm Club's hut. Arrived today at 2pm from Kirkhill and did a little hill on the N side of the Linn of Dee with C+S called Creag Bhalg (668m). Today's blip is the view west, up the river Dee, from near the top of Creag Bhalg. 

The top is covered in short lichen encrusted heather. I believe a lot of lichen is a sign of clean air. The extra is close up of the lichen on the heather.
