Brothers in Arms

Met Jennie, Adam and Freckle at the ParkPark for a lunchtime dog walk. Driving over to them I felt blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the country - obviously the sun shining massively helped with the feeling of contentment. I also went through the feeling of guilt for being content while utter devastation goes on in Ukraine. However nothing is to be gained by being scared, sad and anxious about what’s going on. That means Putin’s evil is seeping into everything ( which in one level it is) but I think it’s important to feel joy and gratitude if you can. That’s what we all need. Carpe diem.
