Old Walls Hill

Another lovely day and I went out on my bike for the first time in an age. I had a bit maintenance to do to pump the tyres first and then a short ride of about 4 miles which tested me, there aren't any flat rides from here! It's a start, I'll keep working on it. At times I did wish for my old ebike that gave me more assistance than this new one.

According to an item on the news today, it's estimated that 20% of people in the UK would test positive for covid at the moment.
