WEEK 57: lost 1 stone 10 lbs+
AIM: to keep to this!

I've walked every day this holiday and it has obviously paid off.
One of the good things about this journal as apposed to a slimming club is that I choose to weigh whenever over the weekend and as Friday weight was a match to last week meant no fish and chips or takeaway but another walk and a salad.....worth the effort.
This week I realised that not only have my joints been better but my lung capacity has increased by 25% (it was measured due to breathing difficulties a year ago) please be assured your encouragement has changed my life and health.
