LOW BUT NOT A NEW LOW!

WEEK 56: Lost 1 stone 9lbs+
AIM: to get a new low.....

Actually I thought I'd done my aim from last week until I checked back on my journal and realised this is a match but at least it's a low. I've got a wedding and a friends dinner date this week so I'm going to have to work hard.....lots of walks needed!!!
