Advance Warning

Took a ride out to
Skipton to do a final recce of the bike route ... driving round it counts as training doesn't it?

It is beautiful countryside en route but there were some stunningly rain laden clouds waiting to empty last night. Aslong as they don't keep filling up for Sunday then we're ok

Met my friend's husband and had a swim in the pool we'll be in for the triathlon. I'd never done that one before . Unlike Shipley pool, I can't stand and touch the floor in the deep end . I guess this means I will actually have to swim rather than stop at the end of every length for a chat and a cocktail !!

At least I know in advance ....
