Hail Hale

Woke to a lovely sunny morning……ip showered, hair done, a bit tight for time, so shot down to town grabbed a coffee and a pot of porridge before jumping on the motorway to youngest son & DiLs for they day.

First job, to give their new car the once over.
A lovely all black very smart sporty looking Renault Arkana. Said my hellos, then DiL ran me in their car to my destination….a tattoo studio ;-) Was there a half hour or so, then chauffeured back, via supermarket, where we picked lunch….. and a cake :-0

Decided to get out with my camera for a couple of hours, heading to a local beauty spot, Hale Village, which is a beautiful little hamlet with some stunning houses……the lane through the village changes to a footpath which leads down to this lighthouse.

It was incredibly windy down by the water, cold too! Once I’d had my walk and headed back, out of the wind, it was really pleasant and some warmth in the sun :-)

I got back to Sons house around 4.30, he had just finished work, DiL had been busy in the kitchen. I can see some improvement in her face since last time I saw her, but her eye is still a big problem, she cannot move the upper left quarter of her face, so cannot close her eye….another appointment at the hospital on Saturday, its been two months now, without much improvement :-( They have cancelled their short break to Scotland :-/

I didn’t leave theirs until after 8pm, an enjoyable day, the sunshine makes big difference too. I came home with Easter Eggs for the girls, oh and one for me! Pasta leftovers for my lunch tomorrow, four green glasses, four champagne flutes and a red dress lol!

Its now midnight so I need to go to bed, work in the morning !
