Corridor of power

Talking of power…..ours is now fully restored. (Phew!) I spoke on the phone to our friendly electrician at 8.00am this morning and, from my description, he seemed to know what was wrong. He talked me through the procedure for resetting our circuit breaker box and, hey presto, we had light! It seems that we might have a small fault somewhere in our electrical circuits that caused a trip in the system so we have to check out things such as outside lights for a water leak. At least, if it happens again, we will know what to do. However, we will still have to find the possible fault.

A good day with lots of little jobs tackled. It’s amazing how good I felt having had what seemed a major problem so easily solved. Bertie felt good too when P called in with the lovely Lucy, his Sheltie pal.
