Dougal!

No gym for either of us today. In fact, t’was a pretty lazy day, for me anyway. Though I did manage a couple of round the block walks with Archie. (3,848 steps). JR took him on a longer walk.

JR walked (not going on buses!) into town to get her last essential piece of kit (a belt!).

I busied myself organising travel insurance - plumped for an annual one, with the hopes that perhaps another few trips are in the offing. But who knows what will happen…

I popped down to Christine’s to print a few documents, and to see Dougal, of course. What a wee smasher he is, and he seems to have filled out a bit since I last saw him. He’s just so crazily happy to greet any visitor. 

So the exercise regime and diet have ground to a halt… *sigh*
