Got given some tickets to see this band tonite at the maltings..new venue for me and after a little bit of sweet talk , the venue and band allowed me to do the gig... and what a gig... loved everything about tonite ,, just such a great little venue... such accommodating staff....what a band.. 1500 shots later ,, another record for a gig for me ..im home just going through them,,it was pretty challenging lighting ,, brilliantly produced by concert tech.. but the lights were crowd facing with very little lighting on the subject's... but already got more than 10 that lump out just skirting over the pix.... Rob comber as freddie was brilliant ., the real deal..
rest of the day was excellent ,, right out the top draw.. a carlsberg day just lacking in a lottery win,, im soo lucky to be able to spend time with ali on a weekday... a huge thanks to becs for having the girls on a play date ..arrrh peace and quiet for us,, a good drenching for them as they got caught in a downpour.... 2 gigs in two days ..im gigged out for this week..tillnext week.. love the reflection in Robs sunnies of the keyboard...
