'Sisters with transistors'

Now, I’m not going to bang on about this, but the early and seminal days of electronic music were populated by a significant number of women. Delia Derbyshire, Daphne Oram, Wendy Carlos, Suzanne Ciani, Pauline Oliveros, and Laurie Spiegel spring to mind - not least because they’ve all featured on Electronic Ears - but there are plenty of others.
