Knee test

I have sobering news, chums; I’ve been having problems with my right knee.

The upside is that I don’t think the problem arises from running but rather from the chair that I use in the music room. Thing is, it’s not a chair as such but one of those stools you kind of kneel on.

Anyway, I went for a run after work and it was fine. Well, no worse anyway.

I took this photo around three miles in. The setting sun was reflecting off that mirror in a manner that misleadingly suggested it would make a great photo.
