Reflecting

Poor Nate had a terrible night again with v&d...he kept crying saying "what's happening to me these days?!" He's been ok today but quiet... Danny was to and fro to the Launderette with the bedding etc and homeless washing too. By afternoon Asha and I needed some fresh air so we took our cameras out to Dalt Vila. We walked the tiny backstreets and discovered some new places...then clambered down the rocks at the back of the castle. So many beautiful plants to look at...and then at the bottom is the rocky beach we often come to. Asha couldn't resist looking for fish and crabs in the rock pools. All in all a really lovely couple of hours. We both loved it. I've added a couple of extras. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Fresh bedding!
2) Nate recovering.
3) Time with Asha.
