Quivery Laughter

My Dear Princess and Dear Friends,

The weekend of NOTHING continueth. I have taken my NOTHING duties very seriously. I watched two movies before Caro got up, including Psycho Goreman a film which I cannot help but feel Auslaenders might like.

But then when Caro got up it was all about cats and telly. It's a Sunday.

However. Shenée had a VERY active Sunday. Last year as a thankyou for extending my contract I bought her a close encounter with lemurs which she just cashed in.

But it turns out that lemurs can get covid, so they switched her to red pandas instead. Not that she minded by the looks of things (see extra). She sent me a short video of the experience and I can tell that she is just ecstatic. Having been around her for so long this last year, I can recognise just by the quiver in her laugh that she is actually close to tears with happiness.

It is nice to give presents that are so appreciated.

Speaking of ECSTATIC, I got the news last night that we will be receiving a royal visit here in Paraparaumu! Yes! Princess Normal is visiting us in October!

It is a flying visit (ha ha) as she is in her way to Christchurch to see her friend Lovely Tea Jenny's baby. But we get to spend TWO WHOLE DAYS with her in Paraparaumu.

It is tempting to introduce her to the gang, Tiger, Loulou, Shenée, Fazzy and Jefe. But it is equally tempting to keep her all to ourselves.

Also I guess she gets to have some say in this too.

I am trying hard not to get over-excited. If you were here, you could probably tell that my laugh is quivery too.

S.
